How do your Custom Designs work?

To find the perfect style, browse through our collection or seek inspiration from an existing piece. Once you have made your selection, send us an image and a concise description of the modifications you would like to make. Remember, modifying an existing piece from our site usually yields the best results.

How long does it take?

Depending on the complexity of your piece, it may take anywhere from a few days to 3-4 weeks to complete. We handcraft items on a regular basis but ensure that each piece is perfectly match to you. Feel free to contact us for an estimate regarding the production time of your unique piece. Keep in mind that shipping times are not included in the overall production time.

What pieces can you make?

We are most known for our Ngumpie Earrings, Necklaces, Veils and Headdresses. However, if you had a special item in mind we would love to bring your idea to life!

What modifications are possible?

Headdress Shape Modifications:

• Higher or Wider
• "Tiara" style - Graduated to a peak
• "Crown" style - Same height from end to end
• "Multi-point Crown" style - More than one peak
• "Narrow Headband style" - Sits flat on the head
• "Wide Headband style" - Sits flat on the head

How does the design process work?

Contact us firstly by email with the product you would like to modify or an inspiration image. From here we usually contact our brides through email with updates on their pieces. We are always available to chat and please don't hesitate to call us if you'd like!

Where are your pieces made?

Our pieces are Handmade in Australia. We make them in our studio in Narrabeen NSW.

My Wedding is really soon! What can I do?

We do last minute custom orders all the time. Provided you choose something to modify that is from our site we most likely can do it within a few weeks. Please bear in mind shipping times vary depending on where you are. We use Express delivery in Australia and Couriers for the rest of the world. Get in touch and we will quote you for a delivery time.
